I. Foreword
As green development becomes a consensus of the times and smart empowerment reshapes the industry ecosystem, the sanitation and cleaning industry is ushering in a golden opportunity for high-quality development. To deeply implement Xi Jinping’s Thought on Ecological Civilization, respond to the strategic deployment of the CPC Central Committee to "build innovative, livable, beautiful, resilient, civilized, and smart modern people's cities," and implement the policy orientation of Fujian Province's "Ecological Fujian" initiative, Xiamen—serving as the core hub of the Fujian economic zone, a garden city on the sea, and a special economic zone—not only bears the mission of radiating to the Southern Fujian Golden Triangle and linking with the Taiwan region but has also set industry benchmarks in refined sanitation management, the construction of "mega-property" models in urban villages, and the resource utilization of construction waste.
To better promote the green and smart upgrading and high-quality development of the sanitation and cleaning industry in Fujian Province and across the country, the "2026 Xiamen International Smart Sanitation, Municipal Facilities and Cleaning Equipment Expo," hosted by the Xiamen Municipal Public Utilities Federation, has emerged as the trend demands. It will be held at the Xiamen International Expo Center from November 5 to 7, 2026. Positioned around the core theme of "Empowering Ecological Fujian and Setting New Benchmarks for Smart Sanitation," this expo leverages Xiamen's resource endowments and industrial advantages. It focuses on core sectors such as sanitation vehicles, cleaning equipment, municipal facilities, resource recycling, solid waste treatment, mobile public toilets, and landscaping, creating a high-end platform that integrates policy interpretation, technology exhibition, business matchmaking, and industry exchange. The expo is expected to cover an area of 20,000 square meters, featuring 200 exhibitors, 20,000 professional visitors, and 400 conference attendees. We welcome professionals from all sectors to visit and exchange ideas, jointly promoting industry ecosystem synergy and urban quality enhancement!
